Full Tang
Blade has been Precision ground, Laser cut, Hollow ground, Heat-treated to 58-60 Rc, & Etched
This blade just needs a final edge and some handles.

Another sweet Lacy Smith blade! Perfect little paring knife. I got 4 and added stabilized birds eye maple handles.

New to knife building. The finished knife looks good. 4 stars. Maybe I had too high of expectations. Many scratch marks across the blade - below the Damascus etching. Wish I had a way to measure the scratches - grit size or depth. I think this blade could have been sanding/polished better. The blade was OK sharp, but not sure it would have peeled an apple. Suggestions - publish the hole diameters and the recommended edge angle.

First impressions, very nice blade with clean lines, and already sharp edge, with a nice Damascus pattern. A little smaller than expected, but is not a fault of Alabama Damascus. Very satisfied and will be a repeat customer.
